Terms and Conditions for Franchise

1. Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and Indian citizens/ Indian Resident.

• A valid GST number and proof of business registration are required.

• Applicants must demonstrate the financial capability to invest in and operate a franchise.

2. Application Process:

• Complete the Franchise application form and provide accurate business and personal details.

• Submit mandatory documents, including:
  • Aadhar number (or equivalent ID).
  • Photo identification and address proof.
  • Proof of funds (bank statement or financial document).
  • Business registration certificate and GST number.

3. Territory Rights:

• Franchisees will be granted exclusive rights to operate in a specific territory.

• The territory will be assigned based on the applicant’s preference and availability.

4. Business Operations:

• Franchisees are authorized to sell the full range of Origin108 products and services, including DNA testing, nutraceuticals, and Ayurvedic formulations.

• Franchisees must adhere to Origin108’s operational guidelines and maintain the brand’s standards.

5. Training and Support:

• Franchisees will receive comprehensive web training and ongoing support from Origin108.

• Marketing materials, operational systems, and business strategies will be provided to ensure success.

6. Revenue Sharing:

• Franchisees will receive revenue based on sales and services provided within their territory.

• Payments will be made directly to the registered bank account via electronic transfer.

7. Renewal and Maintenance:

• Franchise agreements must be renewed annually, subject to compliance with Origin108’s policies.

• Failure to meet sales targets or maintain operational standards may result in termination of the franchise agreement.

8. Code of Conduct:

• Franchisees must operate ethically and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Misrepresentation of products, services, or the business opportunity is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination:

• Origin108 reserves the right to terminate the franchise agreement if the franchisee violates these terms and conditions or fails to meet operational standards.

 

Terms and Conditions for Associates

1. Eligibility Criteria:

• Only Indian citizens / Indian Residents are eligible to apply.

• Only Indian citizens / Indian Residents are eligible to apply.

2. Registration Process:

• Complete the online registration form and provide accurate personal details.

• Submit mandatory documents, including:
  • Aadhar number (or equivalent ID).
  • Photo identification and address proof.
  • Bank account details for commission payments.

• Complete the mandatory orientation module before finalizing your registration.

3. Sponsorship:

• You must provide the details of an existing Origin108 Associate under whom you wish to be sponsored.

• If you do not have a sponsor, Origin108 will assign one based on your location.

4. Business Operations:

• Associates can promote and sell Origin108 products to earn commissions.

• Commissions will be paid directly to your registered bank account via electronic transfer.

5. Renewal and Maintenance:

• There is no renewal fee for maintaining your Associate status.

• If no sales or purchases are made within 12 months, your Associate account will be deactivated.

6. Code of Conduct:

• Associates must adhere to ethical business practices and comply with all applicable laws.

• Misrepresentation of products or services is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination:

• Origin108 reserves the right to terminate your Associate status if you violate these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Distributors

1. Eligibility Criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years old and an Indian citizen / Indian Resident to register as a Distributor.

• A valid GST number is required if applicable.

2. Registration Process:

• Complete the Distributor application form and provide accurate business and personal details.

• Submit mandatory documents, including:
  • Aadhar number (or equivalent ID).
  • Photo identification and address proof.
  • Bank account details for commission payments.
  • GST number (if applicable).

3. Business Operations:

• Distributors can purchase products at wholesale prices and sell them to customers or Associates.

• Distributors are authorized to recruit and manage a team of Associates.

• Commissions and bonuses will be paid directly to your registered bank account via electronic transfer.

4. Training and Compliance:

• All Distributors must complete the mandatory training module before recruiting Associates or other Distributors.

• Distributors must comply with Origin108’s policies and guidelines.

5. Renewal and Maintenance:

• There is no renewal fee for maintaining your Distributor status.

• Distributors with no activity (sales or purchases) for 12 months will have their accounts deactivated.

6. Code of Conduct:

• Distributors must conduct their business ethically and comply with all applicable laws.

• Misrepresentation of products, services, or the business opportunity is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination:

• Origin108 reserves the right to terminate your Distributor status if you violate these terms and conditions.
