6. Revenue Sharing:

Payments will be made directly to the registered bank account via electronic transfer.
7. Renewal and Maintenance:
Franchise agreements must be renewed annually, subject to compliance with Origin108’s policies.
Failure to meet sales targets or maintain operational standards may result in termination of the franchise agreement.

Misrepresentation of products, services, or the business opportunity is strictly prohibited.

All Distributors must complete the mandatory training module before recruiting Associates or other Distributors.
